ring of fire at strasenburgh

A starry day at the planetarium could kick off 2012 for your family.
In Ring of Fire, the audience can explore the geological cause of earthquakes and volcanoes and learn how people along the Pacific Rim have adapted to living in their shadow. The show starts at 1 p.m. at Rochester Museum & Science Center's Strasenburgh Planetarium, 657 East Ave.
Admission is $10; $9 seniors and college students with ID; $8 ages 3-18.
