syracuse jazz musician will perform in dansville

Syracuse singing star Ronnie Leigh will bring a trio along to perform on Monday, Aug. 22, in Dansville’s Williams Park gazebo, corner of Washington and Red Jacket Streets.

Starting at 6:30 p.m., the concert is the next-to-last of the series of Dansville summer concerts-in-the-park.

Leigh has been featured vocalist with many of upstate New York’s favorite bands, most prominently with Atlas and Prime-Time Funk, as well as appearing frequently at the Lodge-at-Woodcliffe in Rochester, backed by the Bobby DiBaudo Trio.

In addition, Leigh has shared the stage with such luminaries as the Drifters, Spyro Gyra, Pat Metheny, Special EFX, David Sanborn, the Yellowjackets, Jon Hendricks, Etta Jones, and David Benoit, as well as the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra (with whom he has recorded).
