a corny time in avon with loads of fun

In its 25th year, the Corn Festival of Avon is free and open to the public. The festival takes place on Genesee Street and in adjacent parking lots, which are lined with vendors.

There is live music and other entertainment from three different stages.

Bounce houses, carnival games and other children's attractions are interspersed with the food and merchants.

The event celebrates the corn harvest and hot buttered corn is served. A corn-eating contest will be held. A free concert by the Skycoasters is held at Avon Central School.

Free parking with shuttle bus service is available all day at the school parking lot.
