And to make the question more complicated, of all the things that you have listed in your mind, exactly how many are truly lasting? Seriously ponder that.
If you were to perform this little exercise frequently, do you suppose that you would start digging deeper into your core being for happiness and erasing trivial, temporary pleasures from your list as your basis for a joyful life?
