good eats in a pleasant dansville restaurant

Jack's Place Gaslight Grill, 110 Main Street, Dansville, has been a staple in town for many years, and it remains  a dependable spot for lunch or dinner on the restaurant side. There is a postive, friendly attitude throughout the place which customers will find quite evident.  The decor has warm color tones,  inviting you  to linger awhile over your drink or meal.
The bar side gets lively at night, which says something for loyal patrons; yet it is comfortable for visitors in town to stop by and feel welcome. Jack's has served chicken wings and pizza with an assortment of beers on tap as  standard menu items for as long as the place has been open.
Don't leave Main Street before visitng some of the locally owned stores. Try AJ Mercantile for your crafting supplies and Dogwood Trading Company for unusual gifts, including a large assortment of the latest Vera Bradley.
